About Costa Kids

Our mission is to provide interactive, professional, high quality child care. We are a team of professional child care providers with experience teaching, training in CPR & first-aid, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

We come to your home or vacation rental.

A day with us

No one day looks the same. We come with lots of energy, lots of ideas, and occasionally a craft box! Apart from that, we adapt to the personalities of your kids to make sure everyone has fun. This may mean swimming in the pool, playing on the beach, or exploring the jungle.
For parents, this means they can:

Enjoy a night out
Do a surf lesson
Get a massage
Go on an ATV tour
Take a break!

Whatever your needs, we are here to help.

Night Time

Schedule us for a night on the town. Know that your children are safe at home with a Costa Kids nanny, and that you can go out and enjoy yourselves!

Full Time

Book us for the length of your stay. We’ll be there the hours you choose to make sure the kids are fully entertained and taken care of, allowing you to relax.

Part Time

Maybe you don’t need full time help, but you know of 1 or 2 days or nights where you could use an extra hand. Whatever the case, just let us know how we can help.

Feel bad that you are going on an excursion and your child can’t? We will take them on a kid-friendly excursion, like a jungle walk ending with ice cream! Inquire for more details.

About us

After teaching kindergarten in Jaco for 3 years, Molly started Costa Kids in 2018 out of an organic need for child care in the greater Jacó area.

We believe in learning through experience, outdoor activities, crafting, and FUN!

Our philosophy is that when we are surrounded by Scarlet Macaws, Tucans, Monkeys, swimming pools, and the beach… there is really no need for tablets and TV. We love what we do and we can’t wait to meet more amazing families like yours!

Our team of babysitters has a range of qualifications and lots of personality! Given enough notice, we can accommodate the best babysitter to match your family.
